We are really passionate about our food, we choose suppliers that know and understand our beliefs about using local, seasonal and traceable produce.
It is important to us that we stay true to our values. Which means we don’t cut corners when it comes to the fish that we use, if it’s not Pete or one of his friends that have caught the fish then we have a few excellent suppliers that we use. The meat we use is matured slowly and reared without antibiotics and during the spring and summer the vegetables we use are home–grown.
We regularly add various different fish to our menu and encourage our diners to try something new that is sustainable and local – for instance the less–than–pretty armour–plated Trigger fish is totally delicious to eat.
Our selection of cheeses allow you to select up to five different carefully chosen local and West Country cheeses which are served with pickles and chutneys made right here at Storm.
